Our story
Ember & Oak opened in 2016 in a tiny former bakery with a second-hand roaster and a simple idea: coffee should taste as good as it smells.
Today we still buy direct from farms we've visited, roast every week in small batches and train every barista to dial in each shot by taste — not by habit.
Our menu
Everything is crafted to order. Ask your barista for today's single-origin — we rotate it every two weeks.
Double shot of our house Ember blend — chocolate, hazelnut, caramel.
Velvety microfoam over a ristretto double. Silky and strong.
Equal parts espresso, steamed milk and thick foam.
House-made maple & toasted oak syrup, oat or whole milk.
Equal parts espresso and warm milk. Small, balanced, bold.

Always — oat, almond and soy at no extra charge. Our oat milk is a barista blend that steams beautifully.
Of course. We have free Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets and a quiet back room. We just ask that you be mindful of peak weekend hours.
Yes — our banana bread, cookie of the day and several breakfast items are vegan, and we always keep a gluten-free pastry in the case.
